It does not diagnose, treat, choose codes, determine medical necessity, calculate a safe dose for a specific patient, submit claims, or decide what a licensing board, payer, or regulator will accept. You are responsible for checking every output against current rules and your own professional judgment.

LIGHT & SALT BROADCASTING (LSB) LLC is not a HIPAA covered entity or business associate and does not sign Business Associate Agreements.

A copy you choose to keep stays in this browser. Text you submit for an AI draft is sent as described in the next paragraph.

Do not enter identifying patient info. Text you submit is sent to xAI after the app's redaction step. There is no Business Associate Agreement with xAI. Do not enter names, dates of birth, addresses, phone numbers, record numbers, or any other identifier. Automatic redaction can miss identifiers.

AI output

This tool uses artificial intelligence provided by xAI. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or made up. Review and edit it before you rely on it, publish it, or give it to anyone. Do not submit confidential, personal, health, or client-identifying information. Text you submit is sent to xAI to generate a response. LIGHT & SALT BROADCASTING (LSB) LLC does not use that text to train its models.

This policy applies to digital products sold by LIGHT & SALT BROADCASTING (LSB) LLC on lsbapps.com and the tools offered from that catalog. The catalog page itself does not charge a card. A charge is made on the tool you buy.

14-day refund window: email support@lsbapps.com from the purchase email within 14 days if the product does not work as described or you bought it by mistake. We refund through the original payment method (Stripe). A USDC payment is refunded in a USD-equivalent amount of USDC to an address you provide.
After 14 days, or after substantial use (for example, a generated plan or pack has been downloaded, or a counted credit has been spent), the purchase is final except where the law requires otherwise.
Please contact us before a chargeback. We try to resolve a billing problem within 2 business days.
